Precision Positive Timer, (Delay Timer)

Used to create an event, or interrupt signal after the step of the pedal signal input.

A signal or pressure input  starts the set time delay.  The Timer then outputs, and maintains the output until the input signal or pressure  ends to reset the positive timer.  Output turns off and all output pressure is exhausted through a vent port on the top of the positive timer.

This fully machined billet aluminum timer is used in a majority of racing air operated management systems.  Repeatability is 1/100 of a second.  Timer is “bubble tight” tested.  125 psi. is maximum input pressure!  Stainless steel adjustment needle has 64 threads per inch to allow easier adjustment.  All ports are taped 10-32 female  to fit a variety of input / output fittings.  Timer is supplied with a “volume port”, to add volume to allow for easier adjustments for longer time outs.   Measurements are .990″ wide, by 1.250″ deep, by 1″tall, and is supplied with two  aluminum 6-32 x 1″ Allen head cap screws to fasten to a logic strip, or logic board.  .02 to 2.00 second normal timing span.  Anodized jet black finish.

Precision Negative Timer, (Pulse Timer)

Negative timer, (pulse timer), is used to apply a timed pulse signal or pressure.

Signal or pressure input immediately exits the output port until the set time decays.  The output then turns off and all output pressure is exhausted through a vent port on the top of the negative timer.  Input signal or pressure must be removed to reset the negative timer.

Trap Logic

Trap Logic is used to lock a pressure or signal on, until all pressure is removed from all input ports.

This fully machined, billet aluminum Trap Logic chip has 1 input, 1 output, and 1 trigger input,  all ports are taped 10-32 female.   A signal or pressure at the input port can not be outputted until a momentary signal is sent to the trigger port.  This “locks” the Trap Logic chip on until all pressure is removed from the input and trigger ports.  125 psi. is maximum input pressure!  The measurements for the Trap Logic chip are: .990″ wide, by 1.250″ deep, by 1.000″ tall, and is supplied with two 6-32 x 1″ aluminum Allen head cap screws for mounting to a logic strip, or a logic plate. Anodized jet black finish.  Bubble tight tested!

YES Logic

The YES Logic chip is the “workhorse” of a logic curcuit.

The YES Logic chip has many applications.  It has 1 input port, 1 output port, and 1 gate port.  All are taped 10-32 female.  A signal or pressure to the input port can not be delivered to the output port until a signal is applied to the gate port.  Since the gate port is isolated from both the input and output ports, different pressures can be applied.  250 psi. is maximum applied pressure at any port!  When the gate signal is removed the output port sends any pressure to an exhaust port on the top of the chip, so the circuit the YES Logic chip is supplying is vented to atmosphere. Measurements are .990″ wide, by 1.250″ deep, by .500″ tall.  and is supplied with two 6-32 x 1/2″ aluminum Allen head cap screws for mounting to a logic strip, or a logic plate.  This fully machined billet aluminum YES Logic chip is anodized jet black finish. Bubble tight tested!

NOT Logic

The NOT Logic chip works directly opposite of the YES Logic chip.

A signal or pressure to the input port immediately exits the output port. The NOT Logic chip has 1 input port, 1 output port, and 1 gate port. The NOT Logic chip outputs the input signal or pressure until a signal or pressure is applied to the gate port.  This causes the output to turn off and vent all downstream circuit pressure  to the vent port on the top of the chip  Since the gate port is isolated from the other ports, different pressures can be applied.  250 psi, is maximum pressure to any port!  Measurements are .990″ wide, by 1.250″ deep, by .500″ tall.  and is supplied with two 6-32 x 1/2″ aluminum Allen head cap screws for mounting to a logic strip, or a logic plate.  This fully machined billet aluminum NOT Logic chip is anodized jet black finish. OR Logic

The OR logic chip is used to have two different circuits output to a third circuit.

The OR Logic chip can be thought of as a two input shuttle valve.  It works in this way….This signal, OR this signal can go to the output port.  This Logic chip has 2 input ports, and 1 output port, and all are taped 10-32 female.  the output port can not back flow unless the prevailing input port still has a signal or pressure applied to it.  250 psi. maximum input  pressure!   Measurements are .990″ wide, by 1.250″ deep, by .500″ tall.  and is supplied with two 6-32 x 1/2″ aluminum Allen head cap screws for mounting to a logic strip, or a logic plate.  This fully machined billet aluminum OR Logic chip is anodized jet black finish. Triple OR Logic

The Triple OR Logic chip can be used to replace two cascaded standard OR Logic chips.

The Triple OR Logic chip can be thought of as a 3 input shuttle valve.  It works in this manner….This signal, OR this signal, OR this signal can go to the output port, but the output port can not back flow to any of the input ports unless the prevailing input port has pressure applied to it.  The fully machined billet aluminum Triple OR Logic chip has 3 input ports, and 1 output port. All are taped 10-32 female.  250 psi is maximum input pressure!  Measurements are .990″ wide, by 1.250″ deep, and 1.000″ tall, and is supplied with two 6-32 x 1″ aluminum Allen head cap screws for mounting to a logic strip, or a logic plate. ‘A’ Memory Logic

‘A’ Memory Logic chip has many special applications in a logic circuit because it has memory.

This special ‘A’ Memory logic chip is fully machined from billet aluminum stock.  It has 1 input port, 1 output port, 1 on input port, and 1 off input port.  All ports are taped 10-32 female.  maximum pressure is 125 psi to all ports.  A input signal or pressure can not output until a momentary signal or pressure is sent to the ‘on’ input port. The output is maintained until a momentary signal or pressure is sent to the ‘off ‘  input port, which turns off the output port. The ‘A’ Memory Logic chip can be turned on and off without removing the input port signal, or pressure.  If signals or pressures are present at both the ‘on’ input port, and the ‘off’ input port, then the memory is prevailing ‘on’.  The ‘memory state’ is maintained until all pressure is removed.  Measurements are .990″ wide, by 1.250″ deep, by 1.000″ tall.  and is supplied with two 6-32 x 1″ aluminum Allen head cap screws for mounting to a logic strip, or a logic plate.  Anodized jet black finish.  Bubble tight tested!
